SHARK FITNESS BIO

In 1996, after spending many years playing and managing softball teams I decided to become the power hitter my team needed. As I researched training techniques and talked to countless "experts" it became apparent that there was a desperate need for an honest approach to fitness. Countless magazine articles, interviews, books and commercials had one real goal... sell a product. I began to look for common denominators and reference them to trusted sources such as the Cooper Institute and the American Medical Association.

After a disciplined approach to training and focusing on all aspects of health, the results over the winter were dramatic both in performance and appearance. Within a year, my home runs went from 5 per season to over 100. Teammates, friends and family wanted to know how to get the same results. The personal satisfaction I felt from helping people improve their health and quality of life was awesome. I obtained a certification and began training on a professional level. The key to my early success was being honest and direct. I didn't tell my clients what they wanted to hear... but what they needed to know.
