Our classes will challenge you individually despite the group setting by using sets based on time and variable resistance, not repetitions. Each class contains a wide range of backgrounds, ages and ability levels without overwhelming or holding anyone back. Each class consists of calisthenics, resistance training, short runs, multi-direction drills and plenty of abdominal work. Are you ready?
