CLIENT OF THE QUARTER
George Berken , Third Quarter of 2009
The first time I was able to fit it into my schedule and make the commitment was the Francis Park evening class in November 2006 under the lights. I was immediately hooked. However, my first class I could barely do 30 jumping jacks. From that point on I was totally wiped out and wondered if the class would ever end. It finally did and the second class went a lot better. I even took on a Saturday 1.5 hour class at White Cliff park during this first session as a make up class. After that class, I was even more convinced that I made the right decision in committing to the boot camps. You will hear Keath say, and those who have had class with me will hear me say, how much fun we are having during a particular exercise or in general. The truth is this is extremely tough fitness training. And after 3 years, it is not getting any easier. However, while I am participating in a Shark Fitness Boot Camp Class, during that hour or 1.5 hours, there is no place else I would rather be. Where I have found the most benefit is how much better I feel and how much better my clothes fit. Slowly and evenly I have lost 25-30 pounds and 8% body fat. I believe I still have a long way to go and I do not plan on slowing down. I hope to be participating in Shark Fitness Boot Camps 20 years from now.
