My alarm goes off at 4:50 a.m. so that I can make the 40 minute drive from Columbia, IL to Clayton….class begins at O600 not 0601! Heaven forbid I get stopped by a train in Sauget! Then, the next hour is all a blur….there is no thinking about what you did the night before or what the day will bring…that hour is all about me!

In the 3 years I have been training with SFT, I have discovered a competitive side of me that I never knew existed. Each time you train, be prepared to give 110% and in return, you get results, both visible and mental. The clients of SFT are proof that focus, discipline and hard work are the key to results. I can honestly say that there is no better program out there and yes, I will keep coming back for more…..more running in the rain, more laying in puddles doing sit-ups and more crawling through the mud….In the words of our fearless leader, ”Suck it up….it builds character”….and it does!

I am a Sr. Tax Associate with CBIZ MHM, LLC specializing in personal property taxes. I live in Columbia, IL with my husband Brady and two daughters Toni (21) and Taelor (16). My hobbies include running, music and I love to dance!
