Our boot camps are designed to be performed with very little equipment. Order a set of bands (1 red, 1 blue, and 1 black) and Sharks receive a FREE door attachment for anchoring their bands. It’s all the equipment you need for less than $40. Add on additional bands to your order for more resistance.
