Shark Fitness is adapting to the ever-changing situation right now and still kicking ass in our in-person outdoor classes with distancing protocols in place and livestream classes MWF at 6am and Saturday 8am – 9am.

Shark Fitness has been the undisputed leader in boot camp fitness training in St. Louis for more than 20 years! We earned that title by providing an exceptionally safe and effective training environment for nearly all levels of fitness.

  • Locations throughout the St. Louis area – Clayton, Crestwood, Kirkwood and St. Louis City/St. Louis Hills.
  • Each sessions includes either two or three 1-hour classes per week plus optional add-on subscriptions for on-demand classes and bonus content.
  • Designed for people who want to work hard and earn legitimate results.

I started Shark Fitness several years ago after struggling to find a workout that was effective that I could make part of my weekly routine. To say I found that with Shark is an understatement. The group of people you work out with are the best. They are very encouraging, especially to new clients, and will help you in any way you need it. The instructors are great, too. In all the years I’ve been a part of Shark, I’ve never had an injury. That says a lot about the quality of the trainers and the program. I highly recommend it!

If you want a no nonsense fitness program with awesome people this is for you! It’s hard, but worth every drop of sweat. Keath challenges you to push yourself beyond what you think you can do in order to be leaner and more fit! Love my Sharks!!!!
