Our on demand boot camps are designed to be done in a small space with little to no equipment.

Try out our Basic Training Series for FREE for one week or jump right in with a monthly subscription! We explain variations for no bands, resistance bands and weighted exercises, so make sure you have your equipment and water nearby. Learn how to modify the movements to accommodate any limitations you have. All we ask is your best effort and attention to detail on form. 
You must be an active subscribers to our on demand library to join our livestream ZOOM classes. We would love to “see” as many of you in our live classes, so please enable your video feed so that we may offer form corrections on various exercises.

Shark Fitness is adapting to the ever-changing situation right now and still kicking ass in our in-person outdoor classes with distancing protocols in place and livestream classes MWF at 6am and Saturday 8am – 9am.

Shark Fitness has been the undisputed leader in boot camp fitness training in St. Louis for more than 20 years! We earned that title by providing an exceptionally safe and effective training environment for nearly all levels of fitness.

  • Each sessions includes either two or three 1-hour classes per week plus optional add-on subscriptions for on-demand classes and bonus content.
