NOTE: Shark Fitness is adapting to the ever-changing situation right now and operating via livestream MWF at 6am and Saturday 8am – 9am. I started Shark Fitness several years ago after struggling to find a workout that was effective that I could make part of my weekly routine. To say I found that with Shark is an understatement. I’ve stuck with it year after year because it works and because you can really push yourself to the next level of fitness.

The group of people you work out with are the best. They are very encouraging, especially to new clients, and will help you in any way you need it. The instructors are great, too. In all the years I’ve been a part of Shark, I’ve never had an injury. That says a lot about the quality of the trainers and the program. I highly recommend it!

If you want a no nonsense fitness program with awesome people this is for you! It’s hard, but worth every drop of sweat. Keath challenges you to push yourself beyond what you think you can do in order to be leaner and more fit! Love my Sharks!!!!
