Quit procrastinating and get your bands ordered if you don’t have any equipment! Don’t order just any exercise bands. In our experience most are cheap, don’t challenge our Clients enough, and won’t hold up to the intensity of our classes very well. Get our recommended equipment – it lasts, is inexpensive and can travel anywhere. Sharks take bands with them around the world on their travels to make sure they get their training in.
