Shark Fitness Training Boot Camp Victories!

Throughout the last few months, our Sharks have been an extraordinary group to watch.  They’ve learned how to connect to online classes, improvised training equipment, started each class with a smile…and ended it with a sweatier version of the same grin.  I’ve read and heard message after message of thanks for finding a way to continue the program and provide a means of dealing with the uncertainty of current events.  With so many things out of our control…training hard and eating healthy provided many with much needed victories.  As has been the case over the last twenty years, the training is been tough, the talk honest and the results are impressive.  I have never been prouder to be at the front of this group.

Outdoor Socially Distanced Boot Camps

Barring any last-minute changes or restrictions, we will continue the current schedule into August. That will consist of the following:

Francis Park M/W/F 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Francis Park T/Th 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Shaw Park – Clayton T/Th 6:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Stay tuned for information on the return of additional in-person boot camp sessions!

All classes are socially distanced and Clients use their own equipment. You can purchase a full set or additional add-on bands as your strength increases.

How’s YOUR Plan Working for You?

Does the first paragraph describe you?  Have you found ways to succeed and turn a tough situation into something positive?  Have you fallen back to common excuses like the class is too far, too early, too late, too hot and too hard? If so, you’re likely falling into the categories of too flabby and too unmotivated.

Surveys report that Americans have gained between 5 and 16 pounds since COVID-19 changed our lives in March. That is NOT okay given the severity of the virus’ effect on those who are overweight and deconditioned.  If you haven’t been training effectively, it is time to start taking control of your life again.

Our programs are online and when in person, safely distanced with no shared equipment.  Keeping an indoor training facility completely sanitized is NOT a realistic possibility.  As of this week, indoor programs are limited to 25% capacity, yet many facilities will ignore that request and continue to care more about income than the health of their clients. Shark Fitness has an impeccable safety record and COVID-19 will not change that. Shark Fitness is perfectly suited to the current conditions.

Now, more than any time in our lives, taking a serious program and getting real results is of the utmost importance! We are the choice for people who depend on being fit for their jobs.  We are the choice for people who care more about being fit than just talking about it.  It’s time to stop making excuses.  You’ll never find a more genuinely supportive group to train with who will help, push and hold you accountable for your progress.

We make you stronger both physically and mentally…and today that is a lifesaver.  Stop taking selfies and get serious about taking charge of your life.
